The Hepatica nobilis are the first daring wild flowers where I live – often times, there’s both one and two huge snowfalls after the first blue buds have appeared. In April, though, we have a reasonable faith in spring finally winning the duel. These were captured last weekend, using my Velvet 56. I am going to be best friends with that optic just as soon as I start feeling a tad more comfortable predicting the results! I just love the creamy bokeh it produces.
