Photographing an oldie with an oldie – Magirus-Deutz
I ventured out in the woods today, looking for a permanently parked Magirus-Deutz truck, revealed to me by a friend. What better lens to use than the LB 2.0?
Old and new
A photowalk with friends, a lovely spring evening, offered rust and decay and remnants from busier days, mixed with signs of new life.
Rusty window hinges
More urbexing! This particular house was so vandalized, I had to concentrate on the details — like the gorgeously rusty window hinges.
Rust and decay
Rusty and decayed impressions from what probably once was a small grocery store, now abandoned.
Vrångsholmen – where anything can happen
I spend quite a bit of time taking pictures of abandoned houses, buildings, and other man-made constructions. This is from day 1 of a weekend in Sweden.
Abandoned amusement park
The contrast between abandoned man-made and unstoppably growing nature fascinates me to no end. With an abandoned playground you get the added perspective of missing joy and childrens’ play – eerie, spooky, yet intriguing.
